  I personal would never do business with Definitely Different.
  I brought in some very expensive Items for the owner of
  Definitely Different to sell on consignment, she sold it all
  and won't give me the money from the sale of my item's.
  
  She claims she has had issues with her computer and dose not
  know how much she owes me. She also said, she thinks she may have
  donated some of my stuff to a nonprofit. She just doesn't seem to know
  anything just as if she is making it up as she goes along.
  So the way she is handling the situation is by keeping my money.
  I have been trying to get my money from her for
  some time now. When ever she has returned my phone calls, she has
  so many excuses why she can't pay me. She has no fallow through
  and has not been a person of her word.
  I sent her a registered letter, the post office tried to delivered it several time and with
  notes to pick it up. I got it back that she would not pick up my letter.
  
  I'm tired of Linda's way of doing business, last week, I took her to small claims court 4/9/2015 she was a "NO SHOW"
  
  I have drove past her business, she props the door open and I can see she is still working at her shop. In my option she just dose not care, about her business practices. And although, she knows she owes me money, she just doesn't care to do the right thing.

  WHERE IS MY STUFF?
  This isn't so much of a review as it is a question. Has anyone else been a consignee of this person, when she was on Solano/W. Pueblo.
  I have been trying to find out where my things were, which I had consigned with this person and have gotten a run around.
  WHO has my things? The mother or the daughter- no one will give me my money or my things! Apparently there was a computer "glitch" and all records were lost when this person moved from her old location to that over off of Soscol. The daughter says the mom had my things and I can't find the mom (owner) !!
  If anyone out there has had the same issues please let me know what has been done to get this resolved.

  It's your choice, but save yourself the headache I myself, would never do business with definitely different, there are so many places to buy furniture, who needs to do business with someone in my option has bad business practices. :(
